Program
Hastings Law Firm, PLLC text messages. When you request a consultation through the consultation request form on our website and check one or both SMS consent boxes, Hastings Law Firm, PLLC will send you text messages: non-marketing messages about your request (appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and follow-ups) and, only if you check the marketing box, marketing messages.
Consent
You opt in by checking one or both optional, unchecked consent boxes on the consultation request form on our website:
“I consent to receive marketing text messages from Hastings Law Firm, PLLC, such as consultation follow-ups, legal tips, review requests, check-ins and promotions, at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
“I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Hastings Law Firm, PLLC about my order updates, appointment reminders, etc. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 7 messages per month. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Age requirement
By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under the legal age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing restricted content, creating an account, or purchasing products on this platform. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if we suspect a user does not meet these age requirements.
