Hastings Law Firm, PLLC is a boutique personal injury firm with offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Stuart, Florida. We represent people who have been hurt in car, truck and motorcycle crashes, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and other serious injuries, and families who have lost someone to wrongful death.

Chad C. Hastings, Esq., founder

Chad Hastings grew up in Port St. Lucie, earned his finance degree at the University of Central Florida and his law degree at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He has focused on personal injury since graduating in 2001.

He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia (2001), The Florida Bar (2002), and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida (2009). He is the founding president of Treasure Coast Justice, a non-profit established in 2013, and served as president of the Martin County Bar Association in 2015–2016.
